This one "Martyr of the Headscarf" was brought to my attention by Those Headcoverings. On July 1, 2009, Sister Dr. Marwa El-Sherbiny lost her life, and the life of her unborn child for the cause of hijab, in a brutal and inhuman attack. Now THAT is passion. "You are from God, and to Him is the Returning."

I only got to read about this today ... honestly, I'm deeply saddened with the monstrosity that befell upon Sister Dr. Marwa El-Sherbiny. What is the world coming to ... May Allah S.W.T grant her Jannah along with her unborn.
